Designed for a couple traveling from California to the bride’s hometown, this State Room takeover was a masterclass in urban sophistication and multi-day production. The weekend’s narrative commenced at Woods Hill Pier 4, where a nautical-themed Welcome Party—featuring a live saxophonist and a signature artisan seafood boat—celebrated the bride's Massachusetts roots against a sunset harbor backdrop.

The wedding day transitioned from the refined, historic halls of The Langham and romantic garden niches of Post Office Square to the modern height of the State Room, 33 stories above the city. We orchestrated an immersive, 270-degree viewing experience for guests, underscored by a continuous live soundtrack that moved from a ceremony string quartet to a sophisticated cocktail trio and a high-energy big band finale. This project demonstrates our expertise in managing complex logistics for bicoastal clients, ensuring every detail—from the Winston Flowers botanical installations to the bride’s couture after-party transition—mirrored the sparkling energy of the Boston skyline below
