2025 was a remarkable year for Primavera Dreams, one defined by growth, meaningful celebrations, and extraordinary destinations.

This year, we had the privilege of working with clients from across North America—including Boston, New York, Washington DC, Florida, California, New Jersey, and Canada—who entrusted us with some of life’s most important moments. From weddings and milestone birthdays to joyful Bat Mitzvah celebrations, we helped our clients bring their visions to life in Italy and Massachusetts.

Castles and private villas, world‑class museums and historic landmarks, secluded islands and enchanting resorts became the backdrop to unforgettable experiences. Each setting was chosen with intention, reflecting the personality, values, and dreams of the people we celebrated.

We began the year in Rome in March and closed it in Boston in November, with inspiring stops along the way in Puglia, Tuscany, Lake Garda, and Lake Maggiore, each destination adding its own rhythm, beauty, and character to the season.

Now, as the year draws to a close, it is time to pause: to rest, to reflect on the experience gained and the lessons learned, and to prepare thoughtfully for an exciting 2026 ahead.

Our Advice for Couples and Families Planning a Celebration

Whether you are newly engaged or just beginning to dream about an important milestone, here are a few pieces of guidance we love to share with our prospective clients.

1. Start Early

Planning a once‑in‑a‑lifetime celebration is a meaningful commitment, and it begins with establishing the big picture together. Early conversations bring clarity and confidence.

Ask yourselves:

  • What time of year feels right for us?

  • Where do we imagine celebrating?

  • How many guests do we realistically expect?

  • What is our overall investment comfort level?

Starting early allows you to make intentional decisions rather than rushed ones and opens the door to the best venues and creative possibilities.

2. Hire a Trusted Professional Early

A knowledgeable, reliable planner is not a luxury - it is a strategic investment. Hiring your planner early will save time, reduce stress, and often save money in the long run.

An experienced planner brings immediate clarity by recommending the right locations and assembling the right team from the start. This guidance helps you stay aligned with your budget while avoiding unnecessary expenses and missteps.

3. Embrace Flexibility

Flexibility has never been more important. Being open to multiple dates or adjusting your guest count based on venue availability can significantly expand your options.

Saturdays and long weekends are limited, and exceptional venues often have capacity constraints. A flexible mindset gives you an advantage and increases the likelihood of celebrating in a place you truly love.

4. Define What Truly Matters to You

You’ve likely attended many weddings and celebrations, and you already know what resonates with you, and what doesn’t. At the heart of every memorable event is one simple truth: guests remember how it felt.

They want to feel welcomed, cared for, and included. They want to see you relaxed, joyful, and deeply connected. And yes, everyone loves a great party.

From there, think about the personal touches that make your celebration unmistakably yours. These details are where emotion lives, and they are worth the time, research, and excitement.

Looking Ahead

If you are dreaming of a wedding or milestone celebration in Italy or Massachusetts, we would love to guide you every step of the way.
