My goal is to create a unique and memorable event for every couple, so the pricing may vary, as there is no cookie-cutter scenario. I offer 3 types of wedding packages for weddings in the greater Boston area, fully customizable to reflect each couple's needs:

The Above & Beyond Platinum Package
Typical price range $6K – $12K

Planning activities: consulting, budgets and time management

  • Initial in-person consultation

  • Monthly face-to-face/Skype consultations for up to 18 months prior to your wedding to review the timeline

  • Unlimited consultations via phone/text/e-mail etc.

  • Assist with the setting and keeping a budget using Aisle Planner platform

  • Research wedding reception and wedding ceremony locations

  • Research wedding vendors, products and services for all aspects pertaining to your wedding to match your budget and style

  • Coordinate and manage all details relating to the Ceremony and Reception

  • Create a wedding planning timeline

  • Assist with the maintenance of guest lists and RSVP tracking

  • Assist with planning one additional event such as the rehearsal dinner, after-party, or farewell brunch

  • Coordinate transportation for the wedding party and/or guests

  • Research accommodation for out-of-town guests

  • Create and distribute a wedding-day schedule for you, your family, and the wedding party

  • Organize, attend, and coordinate the ceremony rehearsal (processional and recessional)

 

 

Vendor management and assistance with general design & branding:

  • Negotiate and review of venue and catering contracts

  • Coordinate and manage contracts, bookings, and deposits for venues and vendors

  • Help with Menu design, schedule food tastings where applicable

  • Help with establishing a style for your wedding, which may include décor elements, lighting, table settings, stationery items, programs, favors, welcome baskets, etc.

  • Create a personal Pinterest board dedicated to your wedding

  • Help with branding your wedding to make your personality shine

  • Create a comprehensive “Event Plan” document to include details of all décor, set up and vendor arrangements

  • Confirm service details and arrival times with all vendors and rentals one week prior to the wedding

  • Create and distribute wedding-day schedule for all vendors

 

 

Day-Of Services:

  • Full on-site assistance at the ceremony and reception

  • Deliver and set up wedding-day refreshments for the bridal party

  • Wedding-Day Emergency Kit

  • Greet vendors and receive all deliveries

  • Coordinate the proper set-up and execution of décor in the ceremony and reception venues

  • Act as the main point of contact for all vendors and troubleshoot any issues that may arise

  • Manage the timeline throughout the wedding day

  • Assist with the coordination of the “first look”

  • Assist with the pinning of all corsages and boutonnieres and distributing other wedding flowers

  • Line up and cue bridal party for Processional

  • Ensure the bride is picture-perfect for her walk down the aisle

  • Cue ceremony musicians for correct pace and timing

  • Assist couple, bridal party, and families with post-ceremony formal photos

  • Coordinate all reception formalities with the MC

  • Pack up all non-heavy décor items at the end of the reception

  • Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors

The Vital Gold Package
Typical price range $4.5K – $8.5K

Planning activities: consulting, budgets and time management

  • Initial in-person consultation

  • Every two months in-person consultations for up to one year prior to your wedding to review the timeline, budget, and planning details

  • Unlimited phone and e-mail consultations

  • Develop an initial customized planning timeline to be maintained by the couple

  • Develop an initial budget to be maintained by the couple using Aisle Planner platform

  • Assist in research and selection of ceremony and reception venues

  • Research, recommend and assist in the selection of vendors

  • Create and disburse wedding-day schedule for you, your family and the wedding party

  • Organize, attend and coordinate the ceremony rehearsal (processional and recessional)

 

 

Vendors’ management and assistance with general design:

  • Create a comprehensive “Event Plan” document to include details of all décor, set up and vendor arrangements.

  • Suggest design details, which may include ceremony and reception décor elements, stationery items, lighting, favors, welcome baskets, etc.

  • Creation of a personal Pinterest board dedicated to your wedding

  • Vendor coordination to include attendance at up to five appointments, review contracts, as necessary, and assist with ongoing communication to coordinate the provision of services

  • Confirm service details and arrival times with all vendors and rentals one week prior to the wedding

  • Create and disburse wedding-day schedule for all vendors

 

 

Day-of Services:
